Imbedded and Imbued
My poetry was imbedded within the painting and it informed the story. Each color palette and the accompanying brush techniques were intended to reflect that painting’s idea. I work on canvas in acrylic and mixed media—oil stick, grit, pastel, ink, crayon and collage to achieve the tone and dimension needed.
